Mercy Medical Group offering care to south Placer County
October 2008, Sacramento, CA - Mercy Medical Group has opened its newest location in Rocklin at the Placer Center for Health, serving the community of south Placer County.
Placer Center for Health, a new three-story medical building in Rocklin and visible from Highway 65, houses two primary care doctors with Mercy Medical Group, as well as rotating specialists. Mercy also operates a lab on the first floor of the building. Mercy Medical Group’s Rocklin location opened to patients on Monday, Sept. 15.
We have two excellent doctors providing day-to-day healthcare services, including Malvika Suri, MD, Internal Medicine, and Grace Fong, DO, Family Practice. Dr. Suri has been in the Sacramento community for a number of years, previously caring for patients from Mercy Medical Group’s location in Carmichael. Dr. Fong recently joined Mercy Medical Group and includes care of children as part of her practice. Dr. Suri has special clinical interests in diabetes, obesity and preventive care. Dr. Fong is has special clinical interests in osteopathic manipulative medicine, preventive healthcare.
Additional providers, including Mercy Medical Group specialists in Neurology and, in 2009, Podiatry, who will rotate to the Rocklin care center.

The Rocklin care center at the Placer Center for Health is visible from Highway 65 just south of the Twelve Bridges exit. To get to the building, take Highway 65 north to the Twelve Bridges exit; turn right onto E. Joiner Parkway; then turn right onto West Ranch View Drive. (To get Internet directions from your location, you may have to search for Ranch View Drive instead of "West" Ranch View Drive, as it is a new street and may not show up on some Web search engines.)
